"A very professional, experienced and approachable trainer able to relate to trainees and support all of them. Caroline's knowledge and expertise are invaluable and it has been most helpful to have her view on specific questions relating to my own experience. 'The (Carbon Literacy) course exceeded my expectations and was very refreshing. It made me re-think the way I delivered the course and prevented me from falling into a "routine".'
Violaine Reinbold, Manchester City Council Officer
"I thoroughly enjoyed this course and it has definitely set me on the right path to becoming a Carbon Literacy trainer. I enjoyed the fact that we were quite a small group of learners… (This) gave the chance for everyone to contribute."
Debra Gill, April 2025
"The overall structure of the course was excellent and well thought out. It provided a supportive environment that allowed participants to get to know each other early on, which helped create a sense of trust and openness within the group. As the course progressed, the sessions built gradually on our knowledge and understanding, allowing us to develop our skills step by step rather than feeling overwhelmed with information."

"The course also provided practical opportunities to apply what we had learned. Being able to plan and deliver our own 20-minute training session was particularly valuable, as it allowed us to put the theory into practice and gain confidence in delivering training ourselves. The feedback provided afterwards was honest, constructive, and very helpful, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement. This made the experience even more beneficial and supported further development of our training and presentation skills."
Jayde Taylor, Petersfield Town Council
"I completed my Carbon Literacy certification with The Carbon Literacy Project. The training deepened my awareness of the practical steps we can take to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to systemic change. A special thank you to Heidi Spurrell and Future Green Global | B Corp for hosting my cohort and fostering such an engaging learning environment. Sustainability isn’t about having all the answers upfront—it’s about committing to learn, question, and act."
Julie Koch, Sustainability Director at Sodexo
"Loved taking part in this two-day interactive Carbon Literacy training course. Thanks to Heidi and Future Green team for helping bust many carbon assumptions, specifically related to the food and drink sector. It was powerful to experience moving from climate overwhelm into a space of informed practical action - where context is key! I now feel equipped with relevant knowledge and powerful case studies to positively support our global team and our clients on their sustainability journeys. Highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to make a long-lasting impact."
Hayley Bagnall, Chief Integrity Officer at Yellow.Global
"I really enjoyed the course and Andrea was an excellent teacher! Andrea and Connor were brilliant. They gave us a deeper understanding of Carbon Literacy training through their expert knowledge and real-world experience. It was really helpful to address some of our personal "pain points" when it comes to presenting, and though their supportive advice, they have given me lots of food for thought so that I can really develop my skills as a trainer."
